Located in a quiet road in the old part of the village, this luxurious property offers privacy, exquisite views, all the extras and more.
When entering the property from the road you encounter a beautifully well-presented and well-maintained garden and drive with an automatic gate that leads you to the bottom of the plot directing you also to a large garage underneath one of the buildings. On this same drive you can fit up to 8-10 vehicles.

Getting back to where we started at the front of the garden, we have an 8×5 swimming pool and an outdoor shower. This section overlooks the greenbelt of Campoverde.

To the other side of this porch, you have another building which caters for two private bedrooms, each with their own entrance doors and glazed doors to go onto the terrace area. From these bedrooms you have the most remarkable views. Both these bedrooms have automatic shutters and underfloor heating.
Leaving this level of the property we have a set of further stairs that lead you to the bottom of the plot, there you have an even more private part of the garden, with mature trees and shrubbery with an area to sunbathe or relax with incredible views and a section to play bowls.
